Insight Global is looking for a Support Analyst to deliver exceptional technical support and create a seamless technology experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting hardware, software, and networking needs while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

• Provide hands‑on support for Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware (Mac Books, Lenovo laptops, desktops, iPads, printers, video conferencing equipment).
• Manage user accounts and systems via Active Directory ,
  Azure AD ,
  MS Admin Centre ,
  Exchange Admin Centre .
• Support networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless) and tools like Cisco Meraki ,
  Paper Cut ,
  JAMF ,
  Intune ,
  Zoom .
• Use ticketing systems (
  Service Now ,
  JIRA ) to manage workload and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Advocate for end users by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution‑oriented support.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS , networking fundamentals, and modern IT tools.
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Experience with scripting (
  Power Shell ) and device management platforms (
  JAMF ,
  Intune ).
• Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
• Experience supporting executive‑level users.
