Your role will include managing the complaints email inbox, conducting preliminary assessments, and drafting formal letters. You will also analyze complaints and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper investigation and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the complaint intake process effectively
• Gather and assess evidence for complaints received
• Communicate with complainants through email and phone
• Organize and manage documentation related to complaints
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the complaint tracking system
Requirements:
• Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2-3 years in a regulatory or legal environment
• Familiarity with customer service in handling complaints
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
