Reporting to the Director of Global Customer Support Experience, this senior role demands a minimum of three years of experience in a data-related field. You will oversee existing customer accounts, ensuring data integrity within the ERP system while collaborating with various departments to integrate and manage customer data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee new customer onboarding and data quality assurance
• Analyze ERP and CRM system data for performance insights
• Implement and maintain customer master data policies
• Work with multiple teams for effective data acquisitions
• Develop user training programs for data compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in data management roles
• Experience with platforms like SFDC, S/4, or Magento
• Knowledge of MS Office and data cleansing practices
