Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve desktop device incidents effectively
• Oversee IMAC and deskside support services
• Perform installations and updates for hardware and software
• Ensure compliance with security requirements
• Deliver specialized support for VIPs and urgent IT issues
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of desktop support experience
• Expert knowledge of Windows 7, 11 OS imaging
• Experience with SCCM and Intune deployment
• Knowledge of MAC devices and remote support tools
• Understanding of ITIL incident and change management processes
