Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, the Team Lead for Customer & Product Training will drive training initiatives for customers and internal teams. You will create scalable programs to ensure over 300 customers in North America maximize their use of our technology. This role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage internal and customer training programs
• Design and create scalable learning materials and curriculums
• Deliver training via webinars, workshops, and on-site events
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product adoption
• Identify and address training gaps affecting customer retention
Requirements:
• 5+ years in training program development in tech/SaaS
• Proven experience in curriculum design and delivery
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
