Position: eStruxture Data Center Manager Role
Join eStruxture Data Centers as the Data Center Operations Manager for the Van-3 site. Oversee operational excellence and lead a dedicated team for superior customer service.
In this key role, you will manage all operational aspects for our Vancouver data center. With over 5 years of experience in mission-critical environments, you will focus on enhancing service efficiency and ensuring safety compliance in all operations. Responsibilities include incident management, budget oversight, and developing operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team operations to maintain world-class service

• Ensure operational integrity of security and fire safety systems

• Resolve technical and operational incidents swiftly

• Implement best practices and maintenance strategies

• Support pre-sales efforts and customer interactions
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data center leadership

• Background in incident management and emergency response

• Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX budget management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
