Take the lead in production support as a Senior Solution Consultant for Kinaxis Maestro. Drive enhancements and maintain system integrity, delivering seamless user experiences.
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will focus on application maintenance and troubleshooting for Kinaxis Maestro implementations. You'll leverage your expertise to resolve data and analytic configuration issues, ensuring high platform availability. This role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to guide business users on optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for complex data issues
• Troubleshoot functional errors to enhance operations
• Assess data integrity across ERP systems
• Create user manuals and deliver targeted training
• Design and implement minor system enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5 to 8 years in Kinaxis Maestro support
• Minimum Kinaxis Level 2 certification
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes
