At Novarc Technologies, you will leverage your expertise for advanced troubleshooting in a fast-growing robotics firm.
Your role involves diagnosing desktop, network, and server issues, improving user experience, and maintaining robust security measures across platforms. You will also manage Google Workspace to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide escalated technical support for desktop and server issues
• Diagnose advanced hardware/software problems across various OS
• Monitor and respond to IT security alerts and incidents
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace
• Mentor support staff and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in advanced desktop support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu
• Proficiency in cybersecurity and network management
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
