Position: Lead AV Technician for Clio's Teams
As Clio's Senior AV Technician in Burnaby, BC, you will take the lead in shaping audiovisual solutions that enhance user experiences across global offices. This role is pivotal in supporting IT operations and technology strategies.
You will be responsible for implementing scalable AV solutions tailored to various meeting spaces while providing essential support for end-user hardware. Your hands-on expertise will ensure the smooth operation of audiovisual systems, contributing significantly to collaboration and productivity across international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive AV support to global teams

• Develop lifecycle management and standards for AV systems

• Deliver on-site troubleshooting for meeting room AV setups

• Design and document scalable AV solutions for different spaces

• Manage escalated support tickets for complex AV issues
Requirements:

• Proven experience with enterprise audiovisual systems

• Expertise in managing support tickets through to resolution

• Ability to clearly document solutions for diverse stakeholders

• Strong familiarity with AV conferencing platforms

• Understanding of networking as it relates to AV technology
