This crucial role demands proficiency in SQL, debugging, and customer software support, focusing on efficacy and a collaborative culture. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize product use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solve customer implementation and usage issues
• Record and analyze issues to replicate customer environments
• Maintain ticket oversight and communication with customers
• Provide pre-sales support and assist in product trials
• Contribute to the improvement of customer support practices
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer software support
• Experience with SQL database technologies
• Knowledge of SDLC and programming languages
• University degree in computer science or finance
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
