Lead the charge in application efficiency as a Senior Systems Analyst with the City of Burnaby. This full-time role combines analytical skills with application planning and delivery.
You will play a vital role within the IT Public Services Applications unit, overseeing system upgrades and coordinating enhancements for optimal service delivery. Focus on aligning applications with business objectives and initiating projects that drive modernization and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete lifecycle of applications including upgrades
• Develop strategic roadmaps for multi-year application projects
• Assess emerging technologies for system enhancement
• Coordinate significant enterprise application projects
• Ensure compliance with business objectives and standards
Requirements:
• Degree in computer sciences or engineering
• In-depth knowledge of application architecture and data integration
• Proven project management capabilities
• Skills in preparing technical reports and presentations
• Driver’s Licence for British Columbia required
