SAP PI​/PO​/CPI Developer

Infosys is seeking an SAP PI/PO/CPI Developer.

As an SAP PI/PO/CPI Developer, you will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta/BC, Vancouver or be willing to relocate to the area.
• This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship.

• 4+ years of experience in EDI trading partner management in a distribution model including transaction setup and support.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP SD module.
• Experience in leading production support team.
• Experience interacting with customers on various levels including technical, business and management.
• Ability to tailor communications to the intended audience.
• Excellent customer communication skills, verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of EDI transaction sets used in a distribution business, their function, structure and application (i.e. , , , and ).
• Knowledge of X12 transaction enveloping and addressing.
• Ability to evaluate a customer’s needs and provide recommendations on an integration strategy to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for client customers.
• Business analysis, problem solving, and strong customer service skills are required.
• Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash and Order to Fulfilment business process.
• Working knowledge of Unix & Shell scripting.
• Understanding of SAP PI/PO.
