Fortinet is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with their technical concerns. This role requires 4+ years of experience in technical support, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and familiarity with security products. You will also need to possess excellent troubleshooting skills and deliver customer education when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct technical support via telephone and web
• Troubleshoot issues with Forti Analyzer and Forti Manager
• Manage customer cases from initiation to closure
• Consult technical documentation for problem-solving
• Offer recommendations and alternative solutions
Requirements:
• 4+ years in technical support within networking/security
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols
• Experience with firewalls and VPN gateways
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
