Step into the dynamic role of Entry-Level Desktop Engineer in a renowned engineering firm. This position emphasizes Windows system management and comprehensive desktop support.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software incidents, managing devices' lifecycle, and providing excellent deskside support to end users. Your involvement will include ensuring compliance with security requirements and optimizing configurations, contributing to seamless IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve desktop device incidents in a timely manner
• Manage software installations through SCCM and manual methods
• Provide VIP support for high-priority issues
• Oversee desktop configurations and patch updates
• Monitor IT security compliance across devices
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a related field
• Proficient in Windows 7 and Windows 11 imaging
• Familiarity with Intune and Active Directory
• Experience with remote support tools and EUC tools
• Understanding of ITIL incident management processes
Leverage your skills in desktop and device management to support vital engineering functions effectively.
