This leadership role emphasizes prompt and empathetic support for customers and distributors, requiring at least five years of technical support experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver reliable technical support to clients and distributors

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of technical support experience

• HVAC training or certification required

• Must live within the regional service area
