• Operational Excellence in QA Strategy Implementation: Implement and refine quality assurance strategies in collaboration with the Product Development Manager to translate strategic visions into actionable plans that enhance testing efficiency and product quality across projects.
• Test Management and Execution Leadership: Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks aligned with the Architect’s technology and quality standards, ensuring projects are executed with precision, adhering to timelines and resource allocations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s or advanced degree preferred; equivalent practical experience considered).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high‑performing QA teams and leading large‑scale testing initiatives.
• Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (Playwright, Selenium, Test Complete or equivalent), with strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#).
• Comfortable with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent).
• Advanced project management skills, with a history of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, influencing decisions and driving QA strategies across functions within 3
