Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-deployment technical calls with clients

• Install and troubleshoot Axon hardware and software

• Develop and deliver customer training sessions

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in IT Consultancy or similar

• Technical problem-solving skills required

• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365

• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects

• Experience supporting law enforcement clients
