Key Responsibilities:
• Offer telephone and web-based technical support
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues with Forti Analyzer and Forti Manager
• Document and manage case progress until closure
• Provide customer education on networking concepts
• Recommend corrective actions based on analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in a technical support role
• Proficiency in TCP/IP and L2/L3 switches
• Experience with security products including firewalls
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous
