In this role with Clio, you will focus on creating intelligent, user-friendly designs for Vincent’s global legal database. Your expertise will help improve legal workflows by understanding user needs and translating them into actionable design insights. This position is open to candidates across Canada and the USA, with a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create user experiences that simplify legal information access
• Partner with teams to leverage AI capabilities
• Research and advocate for user experience best practices
• Prototype and deliver powerful design solutions
• Analyze user research to enhance product usability
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years in product design with SaaS experience
• Expertise in knowledge management or research product design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma
• Experience in dynamic product development settings
