BC Health Workday Manager Position

Become a key leader in the BC Health Workday Program as a Manager of Business Function Products rsee system configuration, testing, and deployment while collaborating across health organizations.

In this temporary full-time role, you'll manage the functionality within BC Health's new Workday system. With a focus on quality and improving safety, your responsibilities include aligning system capabilities with organizational objectives and legislative requirements. Leveraging your HR Information Systems knowledge and leadership skills, you will guide a team to optimize operational effectiveness in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of the Workday system

• Collaborate with teams to capture operational needs and develop enhancements

• Establish design standards and guidelines for system integrity

• Mentor HRIS professionals for high performance

• Monitor data integrity and alignment with compliance regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5-7 years’ experience

• Expertise in Workday reporting and configuration

• Proven team management in HRIS environments

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues
