In this management-level role, you will lead service delivery efforts across the organization while focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring effective service Desk support. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT service delivery for critical environments
• Oversee the Service Desk team for operational stability
• Establish and improve IT Service Management processes
• Monitor service metrics to ensure operational excellence
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years in IT service delivery or infrastructure management
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and SCADA
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and ITSM tools
