Elevate enterprise systems training at Kardium, a leader in heart technology located in Burnaby, BC. As an Enterprise Applications Training Lead, you'll drive user adoption and operational readiness across diverse business functions.
This hybrid role is pivotal for preparing teams to utilize Kardium’s groundbreaking Globe® Pulsed Field System. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop role‑based training and ensure the highest level of operational confidence.
Your expertise will enable practical training sessions and support during application deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional training initiatives in business applications
- Develop training strategies and learning materials
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions and workshops
- Support readiness activities for application go-lives
- Track training completions and user adoption metrics
- 7+ years leading application training initiatives
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Finance processes
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with medical device environments is a plus
