Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain AWS cloud services, including EC2 and S3

• Provide hybrid Office 365 support, including Teams and Exchange Online

• Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell scripting

• Manage incident and change activities according to ITIL processes

Requirements:

• 6–7 years in system administration and infrastructure roles

• Strong experience with AWS and Windows environments

• Proficient in Power Shell scripting for automation
