As the Enterprise Applications Training Lead, you will enhance operational readiness across multiple business functions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will create role-based training strategies and materials, ensuring a seamless adoption experience for teams. Your proficiency will facilitate practical sessions and provide essential support during application rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training initiatives across business applications
• Develop learning materials and training strategies
• Conduct interactive instructor-led workshops
• Support readiness for application go-lives
• Monitor training completions and user adoption metrics
Requirements:
• Over 7 years in application training leadership
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Finance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in medical device settings is advantageous
