RMA Support Administrator at T2 Systems

Become an RMA Support Administrator at T2 Systems, overseeing the Return Merchandise Authorization process for PARCS hardware components. Manage a busy workflow of hardware return requests with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and validate RMA requests using Salesforce

• Assess warranty status and eligibility for returns

• Develop and manage RMA documentation and records

• Organize logistics for shipment and return of hardware

• Ensure accurate tracking and closure of RMA requests

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or hardware support

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and environments

• High attention to detail and proficient time management

• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce software

• Skills in vendor relations and processing purchase orders
