This role requires you to work closely with customers, Product Support, Field Service, and Logistics to ensure smooth resolutions for hardware issues. You'll be responsible for documenting RMA activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience with ERP systems and logistics management is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and validate RMA requests using Salesforce
• Assess warranty status and eligibility for returns
• Develop and manage RMA documentation and records
• Organize logistics for shipment and return of hardware
• Ensure accurate tracking and closure of RMA requests
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or hardware support
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and environments
• High attention to detail and proficient time management
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce software
• Skills in vendor relations and processing purchase orders
