HR Systems Consultant Reporting Specialist

This role is part of the Government of Canada’s HR transformation project. As an HR Systems Consultant, you will focus on producing reports that enhance Talent, Recruiting, and Learning functionalities. You'll partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective reporting solutions while ensuring data integrity and accuracy during testing phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain reports across Dayforce modules
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
• Validate data and assist with testing activities
• Identify opportunities for reporting improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–2 years experience with HRIS/HCM systems
• Preferred experience with Dayforce reporting
• Strong understanding of data reporting principles
• Robust communication skills for translating needs
