Position: Senior Director Software Engineering at Infoblox
Lead innovation in software engineering with Infoblox as a Senior Director. Drive the success of our flagship cloud networking products while managing diverse global teams.

As a pivotal leader in Infoblox's SaaS TD team, you will report directly to the VP of Engineering. Your responsibilities encompass managing agile teams, fostering innovation, and steering the development of cloud-based solutions. This role demands strong leadership in security and networking technologies while leveraging your architectural skills to resolve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage agile teams in continuous integration environment

• Drive product development from requirements to delivery

• Facilitate development to meet quality and launch targets

• Champion development best practices organization-wide

• Attract, recruit, and build high-performing teams

Requirements:

• 15+ years in software technology, 8 in leadership

• Strong experience leading security or networking teams

• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS applications

• Knowledge of CI/CD and agile development processes

• Bachelor's in CS, CE, or EE;
Master’s preferred
