Join the IT Systems & Knowledge team at the City of Burnaby as a Systems Analyst 2 with a focus on Service Now development. This role features deploying applications and sustaining existing business applications.
As a Systems Analyst 2, you will report to the Senior Manager and interact with Business Analysts and technical specialists to translate business needs into system solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuration, unit testing, and ensuring user applications meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sustain existing business applications within Service Now
• Configure and develop solutions based on user requirements
• Conduct module walkthroughs and user reviews
• Prepare and maintain reports related to systems analytics
• Stay updated on computer techniques and application procedures
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience as a Service Now Developer
• Knowledge of IT Service Management modules
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
