As an L2 Duty Technical Support Engineer at Sippy Software, you will support clients in maintaining and upgrading their VoIP services. Your responsibilities will include taking part in system maintenance, conducting migrations, and participating in the testing of new features. Your insights will help optimize performance for VoIP networks, making them more reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to Sippy Software clients
• Assist in system maintenance and upgrade procedures
• Engage in testing of new VoIP features and capabilities
• Educate users on new system functionalities
• Work collaboratively for optimal VoIP performance
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Intermediate Linux/Unix administration knowledge
• Familiarity with TCP/IP network administration
• Basic SQL query knowledge
• Ability to analyze and solve technical issues
