Lead Project Manager in Legal Tech

Clio is hiring a Lead Project Manager to spearhead strategic projects in legal AI technology. Utilize your experience in a flexible hybrid environment to influence company-wide initiatives.

As part of Clio’s leadership team, you will manage complex projects that include product launches and global expansions. Your expertise in project management will drive alignment and decision-making processes among stakeholders while developing comprehensive execution plans. You will also be responsible for identifying dependencies and facilitating communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, cross-functional project initiatives

• Develop strategic execution plans for Clio’s goals

• Lead discussions with executive and project stakeholders

• Conduct needs assessments and facilitate task scoping

• Track project blockers and mitigate risks effectively

Requirements:

• Degree associated with project management is required

• PMP certification or similar mandatory

• 4+ years' experience in project management within SaaS

• Proven skills in creating roadmaps and Gantt charts

• Demonstrated aptitude for needs assessments and workshops
