Fortinet Cloud Escalation Specialist

In this specialist role, you will resolve escalation tickets, build test environments, and reproduce customer issues related to Fortinet products in VM/Cloud settings. You will also identify common issues and develop solutions through collaborative efforts with teams. Continuous professional development in best practices is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets from other teams
• Reproduce customer issues in controlled environments
• Help document common problems and train teams
• Identify configurations that affect system performance
• Collaborate with product teams for improvements
Requirements:
• Proficient in virtualization technologies such as Citrix Xen
• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting challenges
• Excellent communication skills for interface with stakeholders
• Data center experience guided by ITIL principles
• Familiarity with firewall concepts and networking
