Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Salesforce Enterprise Edition and ensure stability

• Maintain custom configurations for diverse business needs

• Support data integrity and oversee third-party applications

• Guide stakeholders in finding technology solutions

• Develop training materials and conduct user training

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years Salesforce Administration experience

• Strong understanding of business process reengineering

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Proven experience in leveraging enterprise-level AI tools

• Relevant degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
