Position: Systems Analyst with ServiceNow Focus
Become a Systems Analyst 2 at the City of Burnaby, specializing in Service Now application configuration. The role includes deploying and maintaining essential business applications.

Reporting to the Senior Manager in IT Systems & Knowledge, you will engage with various stakeholders to translate complex business needs into effective technology solutions using Service Now. The analyst will perform quality assurance, develop documentation, and support application reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and develop applications on the Service Now platform

• Collaborate with teams to gather and document user requirements

• Oversee quality assurance testing of configurations

• Maintain detailed reports and system records

• Conduct research on recent technological developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field

• Service Now Certified System Administrator certification

• Hands-on experience in application configuration

• Knowledge of change management and business process re-engineering

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
