Elevate fraud prevention at Remitly by becoming our Fraud Data Analytics Manager. Lead a talented team and perform critical data analysis to enhance customer security in a hybrid setting.

As the Fraud Data Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Identity & Trust Analytics Team under the Senior Manager of Fraud Program and Analytics.

Your role encompasses both hands-on data work and leading a team dedicated to tackling fraud, scams, and promotional abuse. You'll leverage analytical tools to contribute meaningfully to the protection of our global customers while facilitating sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of data analysts for peak performance

• Analyze complex fraud and customer data landscapes

• Foster a cohesive understanding of transaction integrity

• Establish fraud performance and customer experience metrics

• Support development of comprehensive fraud strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data analysis with management experience

• Familiarity with fintech or risk analytics strongly preferred

• Degree in a relevant quantitative discipline

• Expertise in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R

• Proven ability in data storytelling and technical communication

Utilize your expertise in analytics to lead Remitly's efforts in safeguarding customer transactions against fraud.
