Aarista is hiring a Technical Support Coordinator in Burnaby, BC, in a hybrid schedule format. Focus on troubleshooting EHR platform issues during weekends while managing ticketing effectively during the week.
In this mid-level support role, you will be the primary contact for resolving technical issues independently. Collaborating with engineering teams, you'll track bug resolutions and maintain documentation that guides the support process. Your ability to analyze tickets for systemic patterns will contribute to product improvements and enhance workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage and manage Freshdesk tickets for timely resolution
• Investigate user-reported issues and document findings
• Ensure detailed logging of bugs for engineering follow-up
• Track ongoing issues and report their status
• Develop clear support documentation for team reference
Requirements:
• Experienced in troubleshooting technical issues alone
• Familiar with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems
• Logical, methodical problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
