D-Wave is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to enhance MRP and PLM platforms, focusing on stakeholder collaboration and operational efficiency. This role involves creating detailed documentation, identifying trends, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to evaluate and implement Net Suite enhancements

• Analyze operational data and recommend process optimizations

• Document requirements and technical specifications accurately

• Support user acceptance testing and troubleshoot system issues

• Lead concurrent projects while fostering cross-team collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Information Science preferred

• 4+ years of MRP/PLM systems experience

• 2+ years with Net Suite or equivalents

• Strong understanding of project management tools

• Proven ability to adapt in a collaborative environment
