RMA Processing Specialist T2 Systems

Become a part of T2 Systems as an RMA Processing Specialist, responsible for efficiently managing inbound RMA requests and supporting hardware returns. Engage directly with customers to ensure flawless communication.

In the role of RMA Processing Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end RMA lifecycle at T2 Systems, ensuring accurate processing and logistics for PARCS hardware components.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining documentation accuracy and collaborating with service teams to resolve hardware issues. The RMA Specialist will play a key role in problem-solving and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review RMA requests through Salesforce

• Validate warranty and return eligibility

• Issue RMA numbers and maintain records

• Partner with service teams for hardware inspection

• Ensure RMA queues meet SLA requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in RMA or related fields

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion

• Intermediate skills in Excel

• Ability to work effectively with vendors
