Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and stabilize Salesforce enterprise edition

• Maintain and customize various Salesforce applications

• Define technical solutions to suite business requirements

• Manage data integrity and oversee third-party integrations

• Collaborate with the Learning Centre for user training

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience

• Knowledge of change management and business process improvement

• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders

• Proven AI tool application in enterprise contexts

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
