Pacific Blue Cross is in search of an experienced Senior Project Manager for its Delivery Services team. The role is critical in leading complex technology and business projects that align with organizational priorities. You’ll be responsible for managing a range of stakeholder interactions and implementing change effectively across departments, ensuring streamlined project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transformational projects supporting customer experience

• Foster collaboration among cross-functional project teams

• Ensure successful project delivery against timelines and objectives

• Assess and manage project risks and dependencies

• Build partnerships that influence key project decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or similar

• Minimum of 8 years in project management roles

• Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships

• Must possess PMP certification or equivalent

• Knowledge of Agile practices and SAFe methodology
