Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team specialized in application development

• Lead enterprise application assessments and modernization strategies

• Work with various departments to translate business needs into tech solutions

• Ensure compliance with regulations governing enterprise applications

• Oversee the migration processes while promoting change management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline

• 8+ years managing enterprise systems

• 5+ years in a leadership capacity

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems

• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR
