Data-Focused Consultant at Stantec

Become a key player at Stantec as a Data Consultant driving business change with analytics. This full-time role centers on actionable data insights to guide decisions across the organization.

In this position, you will support data solution design and user acceptance testing while working cross-functionally with corporate stakeholders. You'll gather requirements, analyze trending datasets, and create data narratives that provide clarity and direction to teams. Additionally, your contributions to dashboard creation and maintenance will enhance visibility across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in data solution design from initial assessment

• Transform data into actionable insights and narratives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Gather and manage business requirements and user stories

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence

• Strong knowledge of SQL and related tools

• Experience with UAT and Agile methodologies

• Understanding of ETL environments is a plus
