Position: Cubic Service Delivery Leadership Role
Lead operational service delivery excellence and customer success as the Service Delivery Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems. Ensure teams consistently achieve outcomes while engaging proactively with customers.
In this senior role, you'll orchestrate service delivery across Contact Centers, Technology Operations, and more, acting as the primary interface between Global Services and the customer. Your responsibility includes managing SLAs, overseeing financial performance, and facilitating continuous improvement through decisive engagement with stakeholders. You will utilize your extensive experience to transform operational challenges into proactive solutions, building trust and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard accountability for customer service delivery outcomes

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and effectiveness in incident management

• Collaborate with Finance to support sustainable service delivery

• Lead major incident coordination and change management efforts

• Foster continuous improvement initiatives based on customer insights
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like IT or Engineering

• Over 10 years in service delivery or managed services

• Comprehensive understanding of ITIL practices

• Strong history of leading matrixed teams

• Experience in transit or payments systems is advantageous
