Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage complex fraud programs end-to-end

• Collaborate with engineering to identify and close fraud gaps

• Lead fraud risk assessments for new products

• Conduct root cause analysis of fraud incidents

• Define and track program goals and success metrics
Requirements:

• 7+ years in program management focused on fraud or risk

• Strong SQL skills and technical fluency

• Proven experience building fraud controls from scratch

• Familiar with fraud detection systems and AI tools

• Bachelor's degree; financial crimes certification preferred
