Position: Data Analytics Manager at Remitly
Join Remitly as a Data Analytics Manager, focusing on Fraud within our Identity & Trust Analytics Team. Lead a dynamic analyst team while leveraging data science to enhance transaction integrity.

In this key role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Fraud Program and Analytics, leading your team in evaluating fraud and scams. Your expertise in SQL, combined with leadership in analytics, will drive impactful decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, program managers, and other stakeholders to secure customer trust and enable sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a skilled team of analysts

• Become proficient in payments fraud and customer policy

• Evaluate metrics for fraud system and operational performance

• Design product experiments to translate findings into recommendations

• Prioritize and manage your team's analytical roadmap

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data analytics, 2-3 years in management

• Experience in fraud, fintech, or risk analytics preferred

• Bachelor's in quantitative field or equivalent

• Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or R

• Proven ability in coaching and developing analysts
