Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of expertise, preferably in retail. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, facilitating process improvements and ensuring alignment between project objectives and deliverables. Collaboration with stakeholders and hands-on experience with business analysis tools will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements

• Collaborate on project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Translate needs into functional specifications

• Support IT enhancements, integrations, and implementations

• Develop and maintain workflows and process models

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of Business Analysis experience
