Drive financial solutions for Enterprise customers with Ramp as a Technical Consultant focusing on Microsoft Dynamics F&O. Partner with teams to support high-value implementations and system design.
As a key player at Ramp, the Technical Consultant will establish vital partnerships with Enterprise customers using Microsoft F&O. You will leverage your technical expertise to guide implementations, integrations, and customer onboarding. Collaborating with Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, your goal is to enhance customer success while navigating complex financial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary consultant for Enterprise Microsoft F&O accounts
• Advise on configuration and system design for high-impact integrations
• Assess customer needs and propose scalable solutions
• Collaborate with implementation teams for efficient onboarding
• Troubleshoot Dynamics F&O integration issues for clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years in technical consulting or solutions engineering
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O
• Familiarity with accounting workflows and APIs
• Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions
