Your role as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager will involve guiding teams through the intricacies of the Agile framework to foster innovation. You will coach team members, organize Scrum ceremonies, and ensure the project aligns with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives

• Coach on Scrum practices, promoting continual improvement

• Manage collaboration with product owners and backlogs

• Address team impediments efficiently

• Coordinate project metrics and communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years in Agile roles

• Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Ability to influence and inspire teams

• Certified Agile leader preferred
