At Parallels, we are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to spearhead customer onboarding and provide expert technical guidance.
Your role involves collaborating on solution deployments, architecting systems with security and networking considerations, and designing technical delivery plans. You will become a vital part of ensuring customers receive the best possible service with high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation and onboarding of Parallels RAS
• Architect deployments aligned with customer infrastructure
• Design and execute detailed delivery plans and validations
• Build and maintain technical documentation for implementations
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
• Knowledge of Citrix and virtual desktop platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
