In this role, you will oversee RB Global's telecommunications environment, particularly with Ring Central UCaaS. Your responsibilities include configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancing contact center solutions, while fostering collaboration across various departments. You will manage service requests and ensure that communications achieve optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize unified communications platforms
• Respond to incidents via Service Now
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
• Manage call routing and user provisioning services
• Monitor performance and address service issues proactively
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT or related field
• 5+ years of telecommunications experience
• Expertise in Ring Central and cloud-based PBX systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and VoIP
