In this role, you will act as an escalation point for critical client issues, providing in-depth technical support. You'll analyze configuration changes and recommend corrective actions while collaborating with various teams. Stay on the cutting edge of cybersecurity trends and broaden your knowledge of Fortinet’s security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage escalated cases from customers until resolution

• Analyze and adapt system configurations as necessary

• Provide educational support to customers on products

• Consult and document known problems in technical resources

• Engage in knowledge sharing through article publication

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical support experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux

• Proficient in network protocols and troubleshooting

• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security frameworks

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
